I must confess that I suspect this is probably a top to a pajama set, but it is too sweet not to wear as a blouse. Ivory-toned, soft silk. Sleeves with ruffle trim on the arm holes, the upper bodice and the collar. Every-so-slight A-line silhouette. Keyhole button back. OVERVIEW MEASUREMENTS ETC. There is the slightest bit of thinning/stretching to the fabric (not holes) on the upper front of the bodice. The fabric appears to be still strong and these small areas are hidden under the collar.
