308 WIN Brass: We Offer Both New and Once Fired Brass in 308 WIN Brass Once Fired Brass : All cases have been magnetically screened, machine sorted and hand inspected. We offer them from Raw to fully processed. All brass is comprised of mixed headstamps unless otherwise noted. All brass is packaged in 100 count bags. Raw 308 WIN Brass: For those who like to process their own brass. The brass is unprocessed and unpolished. Polished 308 WIN Brass: The brass has been polished in stainless steel chips for a very clean and shiny finish inside and out. They are offered in nickel, mixed or matching headstamps from various manufacturers. Now all our Polished 308 WIN Brass is dacapped and the primer pockets cleaned. Polished Nickel brass: We also offer the 308 WIN also in polished nickel cases. Fully Processed 308 WIN Brass: The brass is first cleaned and sorted. Then they are decapped, primer pockets swaged, Roll Sized , full length resized to SAAMI standards, trimmed and the neck expanded with a Lyman M die. They are then tumbled in stainless steel chips to deburr and provide a high luster. They have been inspected with a headspace gauge. They are ready for your reloading machine. New brass: We currently offer new brass from various manufacturers. This brass is unfired, unprimed new brass. Additional Services: All of these procedures help improve consistency and accuracy potential with your brass. Pease add 1-2 business days to the normal delivery time for these options. We offer these options on an on-demand basis. Chamfer & Deburring: We can chamfer and deburr your fully processed brass. Annealing : We can anneal your polished or fully processed brass. Annealing helps extend your case life and helps provide more consistent case sizing. UltraSonic cleaning: We clean your brass in our commercial ultrasonic cleaner with our own unique cleaning solution. While it is not polished, it is VERY clean and ready for your press. Your polishing time should be significantly reduced since all the carbon, dirt and all-around jungle funk is removed during the ultrasonic cleaning. This is a great add-on when purchasing raw brass. Primer Pocket T.L.C. Our latest option. We can take care of your brass by performing the below procedures. Flash Hole Deburred: This removes any burrs that are formed when the brass is formed. Primer Pocket Uniformed: When the primer pocket is uniformed, the primer pocket is cut to a uniform depth and also squares the bottom of the pocket in relationship to the case head. Primer Pocket Cleaned: Lastly, the primer pocket is brush cleaned of any soot, dirt and trash that remains in the primer pocket. The primer pocket is bright and clean. Roll Sizing: We Roll Size your brass to bring the base of your brass back to SAAMI standards. This is especially beneficial if you're shooting semi-auto rifles. Roll sizing will improve the feeding reliability of your ammo.
