Also on the pack it is suggested to use a pipe wrench to tighten. It also says to apply pipe dope. The Pk1370 helps protect your household water supply from back-siphonage. The holes on the end of the breaker are what prevents back siphoning. When the pressure builds up it will blow the water out of the holes.
