Basically, think in terms of the width of your back and the width of your breasts, if you are petite but have large breasts, you will most likely wear the A-D size. For example, if you wear a 34 DDD, you would still wear the A-D size because your breasts will be less wide even in a large cup size because of your frame. On the flip side, if you wear a bra that is a 38 band or larger and your breasts are wide and full, you should order the DD+ size--even if you don't wear a DD cup.
