A small bust adjustment, reduces the bust room without reducing the pattern size overall. WHY NOT JUST SIZE UP (OR DOWN)? Sizing up will make the fit of your top or dress bigger on your whole body. A full bust adjustment will give you more room for your bust without making the armhole, shoulders or neckline bigger. HOW DO YOU DO A BUST ADJUSTMENT? The following full bust adjustment is designed for stretch fabrics with small adjustments only. This method can be used on other patterns without bodice or bust darts.
