This is an antique late victorian era celluloid photo album from England dating to the 1880-1890s. The photgraph album has celluloid front and back covers. The front features an embossed frame with 2 Renaissance musicians or minstrels. The spine was originally velvet but the knap has worn off. The celluloid album measures 8.25 inches high by 6.75 when closed by 2 inches thick and was made in England in the 1890s. The only marks are on a plate of the clasp and read D.R.6.M. 17762. The clasp mechanism has been replaced at some time with a Make Do. There are 11 double sided cardboard pages, some with 1 opening each and some with 2. There are 11 photographs usually measuring 6.5 inches high by 4.25 inches wide usually called cabinet photos. The album is in good used vintage condition but
