Checking in on Caruso's Palisades Village

Last July, developer Rick Caruso gained city approvals to remake a three-acre section of Pacific Palisades with approximately 116,000 square feet of new shops and restaurants.  One year later, a quick walk by the property finds that excavation at the property is now complete and foundation work is underway.
