For reference, I am 5'10 and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This item fit me well and best fits sizes L & XL, and fits especially nice for someone who has a size L/XL waist with up to a size 2X hip:
