Description

I am a people-first leader, driven by the desire to give every Associate the opportunity to grow and thrive. After significant events in North America brought the conversation of race and inequality to the forefront, GoodLife made a commitment to promote greater racial equality in its Clubs and communities. In my role as the first-ever Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, I lead the planning and execution of GoodLife’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program.

Working with Associates across the company, I’m advancing to find meaningful solutions to a more diverse, equitable and inclusive company for everyone. My 17 years working at GoodLife has given me a unique perspective to positively impact this incredibly important work. I have an understanding of what our Associates require to be successful and will provide them with those resources and a greater sense of belonging in this new role.
