A slight improvement in the dividend policy could also be in prospect as Flavio Cattaneo - who previously led telecom group TIM and power grid operator Terna - stamps his mark on the 64-billion-euro group, analysts and energy experts said. Cattaneo succeeded long-serving CEO Francesco Starace in May in a management shake-up orchestrated by the Italian government, Enel's biggest single shareholder.
