High Waisted Flares and Bell Bottoms Most all of the bell bottoms are made with a high waist for two reasons. 1) it is on tread with everything being high waist these days and 2) so you dont have any of the dreaded muffin top that no one wants. What pairs well with a high rise is a crop top or just at least a 1” mid dift so you can show off those curves.
