Velcro tabs (4) to hold up socks.

The cup should be inserted after lacing your skates. The cup must be worn with Force Armour compression shorts. Do not use other cups or jock straps with this package.

Important Fitting Instructions

After dressing and tightening skates insert the cup into the shorts pocket. Make sure the shorts are pulled up to compress your “junk”. This will correctly center the cup vertically.
