High quality, pre-formed upper radiator hose for H2B swapped Civic/Integra.  Eliminates kinking commonly associated with modified Prelude upper hoses and fits with all known H2B kits that use an adapter plate.  This radiator hose works well with the stock water neck, but for best fitment combine it with our billet H22 swivel water neck.
