Of course, SJP didn't go with just any ol' black dress—this is a three-quarter-sleeve brocade frock by Tracy Reese. She livened up the look even further with exuberantly chic (and winter-ready) accents: polka-dotted fishnet tights and bejeweled Manolo Blahnik booties.
