Adho Mukha Vrksasana. I should clarify. My handstands are all up against a wall. As in, I put my hands on the ground about a foot away from the wall and kick my legs up until my feet rest against it. Don’t invite me to your house anytime soon. If I see a nice, clear section of wall, I’m kicking off my shoes and taking flight. It’s my new favorite pose, and it didn’t come easy.
