Description

Kinetic Mat Pilates is a small group class that focuses on the principles of Pilates with functional movements. This all-levels, low-impact class works to balance the body using both strength and length while stabilizing muscles and joints. Designed to be therapeutic, the class aims to strengthen all muscle groups while maintaining a calm internal environment by incorporating breath and flow throughout the class. Each class will also consist of mobility to complement the strengthening. Clients can expect to see improved posture, muscle awareness, ease of movement, overall strength and stress release among many other benefits of Pilates.

This class will meet 1x/wk for 6 weeks

Start Date: Tuesday, April 16th, 2019

End Date: Tuesday, May 21st, 2019

Time: 6-7pm
