Local News: Little Mr. and Miss Cotton Carnival winners (9/28/17)

Alyssa Manes, daughter of Kevin and Natalie Manes was crowned Little Miss Cotton Carnival Wednesday night while Kiefer Miller, son of Blake and Danette Miller was crowned Little Mr. Cotton Carnival. First runner-up in the Little Miss was Lennon Ferrell, daughter of Ty and Sarah Ferrell and second runner-up was Sylvia Bates, daughter of Lee and Carla Bates.
