OEB is about learning new skills, gaining new insights and networking with new people, so that you can share this new knowledge back at the office. But we also want to make it a memorable experience. So we have selected a few things for you to do whilst in Berlin. We hope you will join us. Yoga for your wellbeing on the OEB. Come along to room Köpenick III and prepare yourself for a day full of events. Try some exercises to relax strengthen and stretch during our free yoga sessions led by our professional coach. Do something for your body and mind. Visit the Christmas Market Did you know that Christmas markets originated in Germany? Visit one of Berlin's most prominent ones in the company of fellow confeerence participants. See the stalls, sip a Glühwein and sample winter delicacies. We will meet at the Registration and Information desk and walk to the marekt at Breitscheidplatz, located five minutes from the conference venue. Shaping the Future of Learning: Engaging, Effective and at Scale OEB Meet-up for educators, university leadership, policy-makers and EdTechs Meet with peers for candid conversations on higher ed’s digital transformation - and the role local, regional, national and international initiatives and ecosystems play. Facilitated by (among others) representatives of SURF and Hochschulforum Digitalisierung (HFD). Doors are open on Friday from 08:30 onwards in room Check; step in anytime before the Plenaries start. OEB's Drinks Reception On Thursday, all registered participants are invited to unwind and continue networking after a day of fruitful conversations at the Marlene Bar from 19:00. Digital Detox Disconnect to reconnect in the luxurious Hotel InterContintental Spa! At previous events, OEB participants could take a breather for special reduced rate in this 1000m² environment for relaxation.
