This elastic is comprised of rubber and soft looped cotton which will result in a waistband that rests comfortably against even the most sensitive skin - it will not dig in, itch or leave rub marks. Since this elastic is knitted it will retain its width when it is stretched.
Elastic is listed by the meter. If you order more than 1 m (1.1 yards), you will receive your elastic as a continuous length.
