That means you can create your own commercial-quality mold, at home, that can be used for both edible and non-edible materials! After twenty-three years of being on the market, Silicone Plastique® has become known as the “gold standard” for chefs, cake decorators, chocolatiers and pastry chefs. Unlike many of the fast curing mold making putties available for crafts, Silicone Plastique® has a work time of 15 - 20 minutes in order to provide plenty of time to make molds over larger objects and the opportunity to work the product into fine details for perfect reproduction. Simply combine equal parts of A (White) and B (Blue) and mix by hand until uniform in color. Stays put on almost any surface, even vertical. Silicone Plastique® will cure into a strong, flexible mold in 60-75 minutes at room temperature.
