Regardless of what I say I used you should definitely do a test cut on it) Glitter Pattern HTV Size:9 inches by 12 inches Heat Press 302F Press for 12-15 seconds Pressure: Medium Peel Carrier Sheet: Hot **Fabric Compatibility 100% Cotton 100% Polyester Cotton/Poly Blends Care instructions: Machine wash inside out using mild detergent.
