The Vaughn Replacement Square End Goalie Pad Straps are replacement straps for when a goaltender’s current strap breaks or wears down. The beauty of the Vaughn square end system is that no sewing is required to change out your strap! You can simply slide out the old one, and slide in this new one.

Using tabs located on the landing side of any pad, goaltenders simply have to pull the widesew strap through to replace their broken or worn out strap. In addition, although it is not as common method of replacement and is not required, these straps can also be sewn into leg pads to act as a permanent replacement.
