The tray positions your keyboard and mouse lower and closer to your body, allowing you to adopt and maintain a neutral working posture. A simple turn of the knob adjusts the tilt angle and the height, and re-tighten the knob to lock the position. Just pull or push the plate to adjust the position of the tray. This keyboard tray comes with a gel wrist rest pad to reduce strain and soreness while typing and using the mouse. Mouse platform comes with a mouse pad with wrist rest.
