You put it on like a waistcoat and fasten up the hooks and eyes down the front. There are 2 settings for the hooks and eyes – tight and REALLY tight. The Esbelt Waist Cincher Vest will take INCHES off your waist instantly and can be used to train your waist. It also flattens your tummy bulges and makes you stand up much straighter, making you look even more fantastic! The Esbelt Waist Cincher Vest is made from rubber with a cotton lining. It is boned which gives it its' SUPERB strength! It fastens down the front with hooks and eyes. There are 2 lines of them, so you can wear it TIGHT or REALLY TIGHT! The waist cincher vest is designed to be worn with your own bra. This can be a normal bra, or a strapless one. Or if you don’t need a bra you can go without. The shoulder straps are soft, stretchy and adjustable and should partially disguise any bra straps.
