A mid-weight, easy drinking wine with Classic Merlot Soft Tannins and plump fruit ﬂavours. This supple Wine has ripe Red Berry aromas with a hint of dried herbs and a fresh, fruity palate with savoury notes and soft Tannin.

At Two Eights, our goal is to craft wines that reflect our shared passions for wine. Wines of distinction that are not only true to their varietal, but which capture the distinctive characteristics and nuances that express the terroir from which they came.

To achieve a perfect harmony of wine we make, we maintain a constant focus on quality control from the vineyard to the bottle. We believe that great wines start in the vineyard. We source our fruit from exceptional vineyards from the top wine regions in Australia. The grapes are carefully harvested at optimum maturity, then handled gently from fermentation to aging.

In the winery, we balance traditional winemaking methods with modern technology to guide the wine to reach its ultimate expression. Because we produce small batch wines, each of our wines is truly handcrafted from hand sorting individual grape clusters at harvest, to lot by lot fermentation decisions at crush, to the careful monitoring and countless decisions made as the wine progress in every barrel. We believe that this attention is what allows us to craft wines that offer the wine rack aromatic, textural and flavor complexities we love in a harmoniously balanced wine.

In fact, we named our wine Two Eights, to reflect the harmony that we seek and as the Mandarin symbol of wealth, fortune and good luck.
