Knit bottom up, however you can wear them either way. Knit using the rib & cable knit stitches. Knit in the round with a circular needle. When knitting in the round you’re always knitting the right side of your work. I knit mine using HiyaHiya interchangeable needles with 3 1/2” {9cm} tips. CO loosely, making sure your stitches slide easily. Too tight of a stitch will make these difficult to knit in the round.
