This is the garment to wear to help alleviate swelling in the torso. (May not provide enough support for all forms in which case a bra would be required.) Therapists also recommend this compression garment for sleeping. 910 Slimmer features: High Cut Front, Underarms, and Back Latex Free, Slick Non-Clinging Fabric 80% nylon, 20% spandex USPF 50+ UV Protected Designed and sewn in the USA Benefits: Provides compression for underarm (axilla), breast, back, abdomen. Fitter Comments: When in doubt about size, go down. Please note that the size chart is based on actual measurements and not bra size. The size chart is meant to be a guideline. The fabric has a great deal of stretch that will accommodate adjustments. When determining size go by your bust measurement first. The Slimmer should fit and feel snug but not tight.
