A source told PEOPLE today that Kardashian had a brief trip to the hospital and is back home now with her kids. She is mom to Mason, 13, Penelope, 11, and Reign, 8, with ex Scott Disick, and she is stepmom to Barker’s kids Atiana De La Hoya, 24
