Not to be confused with Wii Fit, Wii Fitness from Wii Sports, Wii Fit Plus, Wii Fit U, Wii Fit Age, or Wii Fit Plaza. The Wii Fit Channel is a downloadable channel through the Wii Fit game. It serves some purposes from Wii Fit. The Wii Fit Channel allows Wii Fit users to perform BMI tests with the Wii Balance Board, as well as view their progress on several graphs that can contain years of data. Users are unable to perform training from the channel, as they need to go to the Wii Fit game itself.
