Redesigning one of our most popular products, used and loved by the tens of thousands in more than 40 countries, was not an easy feat. Our requirements included upgraded performance, improved durability, and an even better fit while adhering to elevated environmental standards. Standing by our reductive design philosophy and continuous strive for improvement, we updated the fabric and the fit and made various improvements but kept its timeless lines and carefully considered details. The Stellar Softshell Pants 2.0 are exceptionally breathable, with articulated panels for a perfect engineered fit. The newly developed Bluesign-certified softshell fabric combines quick-drying and durable nylon with elastane fibers and a PFC-free DWR treatment. Large ventilation zippers provide effective moisture transportation. The lower inside leg is reinforced, the bottom hem is adjustable with snap-buttons, and two large cargo pockets are easily accessed when wearing technical alpine gear such as a harness and a backpack.
