Answer (1 of 9): Because men’s underwear sucks and the designers of it are likely stuck designing men’s underwear because they are horrible at their jobs lol. I can’t stand thick waist bands or uncomfortable underwear which was why I switched to wearing women’s panties (thongs) many years ago.
